Purchase Options & Cancelation Policy

Month-to-Month Plans All monthly service plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your plan at any time with no cancelation fee. Your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

36-Month Commitment Plans If you selected the free router promotion with a 36-month commitment, early cancelation will result in the remaining device balance becoming due. The router is yours to keep once the 36-month term is completed.

How to Cancel To cancel your service, contact us directly through our store before your next billing date. Cancelations requested after a billing cycle has started will not be refunded for that period.

Refunds Monthly service fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Device Returns Devices may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
