Purchase Options & Cancelation Policy

Month-to-Month Plans All monthly service plans are billed through a secure email invoice. Your plan renews every 30 days, and you may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. When you cancel, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. If you are leasing a router, simply return the equipment once your service is finished. If you are leasing a router, it must be returned when your service ends. A prepaid USPS Medium Flat Rate return label will be provided at no cost to you. Simply place the router in a Medium Flat Rate box and drop it off at any USPS location.

12‑Month Service Subscription The 12‑month service plan is billed automatically each month through secure auto‑pay. The monthly rate for this plan is $119.95, and it is based on completing the full 12‑month commitment.

If service is cancelled before the 12‑month term is fulfilled, the discounted rate is forfeited and standard month‑to‑month pricing will be applied for the months used.

If you are leasing a router, it must be returned when your service ends. A prepaid USPS Medium Flat Rate return label will be provided at no cost to you. Simply place the router in a Medium Flat Rate box and drop it off at any USPS location.

How to Cancel To cancel your service, click cancel service in your customer portal or contact us directly through our store before your next billing date. Cancelations requested after a billing cycle has started will not be refunded for that period.

Refunds Monthly service fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. For new customers you have 15 days to return for a full refund of service. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Device Returns Devices may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
