Service Contract

By purchasing a discounted router and activating monthly service, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Contract Length

You agree to maintain active service for 36 consecutive months from the activation date.
This is a fixed‑term agreement and cannot be canceled without paying the remaining router balance.

2. Router Full Price & Monthly Credit

The router has a full retail value of $360.

As part of this 36‑month service agreement, you receive a $10 monthly credit toward the router balance for each month your service remains active.

  • 36 months × $10 credit = $360 total credit
  • If you complete all 36 months, the router becomes fully paid off and effectively free.

3. Early Termination Balance (Only Fee)

If you cancel service before completing the 36‑month term, you agree to pay the remaining unpaid router balance.

This is calculated as:

$360 − ($10 × number of months completed)

Examples:

  • Cancel after 6 months → $360 − $60 = $300 owed
  • Cancel after 12 months → $360 − $120 = $240 owed
  • Cancel after 24 months → $360 − $240 = $120 owed
  • Cancel after 35 months → $360 − $350 = $10 owed

This remaining balance is the only fee charged for early termination.
There is no separate ETF.

4. Monthly Service Billing

Your payment method will be automatically charged each month through our subscription system.
You authorize recurring monthly charges for the full 36‑month term unless the remaining router balance is paid in full.

5. Router Discount Conditions

The discounted or free router price is provided only with an active 36‑month service agreement.

If service is canceled early:

  • The remaining router balance becomes immediately due
  • Service may be suspended
  • Credits stop accumulating

6. Cancellation Process

To cancel service, you must submit a cancellation request through your customer portal or by contacting support.

Cancellation does not remove your obligation to pay the remaining router balance.

7. Payment Failures

If a payment fails:

  • We will retry automatically
  • You may receive email notifications
  • Repeated failures may result in service suspension
  • The remaining router balance may become due

8. Contract Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Charge the remaining router balance
  • Suspend service
  • Send invoices
  • Add account tags
  • Take collection action if necessary

9. Acceptance

By checking the agreement box on the product page, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read this agreement
  • You understand the 36‑month commitment
  • You agree to pay the remaining router balance if you cancel early
  • You authorize recurring monthly charges

Your checkbox acceptance is stored with your order as proof of agreement.
